KLab Games has officially announced the mobile game My Hero Academia UNITED SURVIVAL — a new project based on the popular anime franchise, which is expected to be released soon.
Details about the project are not yet available — the developers limited themselves to a short teaser. The gameplay was not shown, the format was not specified, and the differences between UNITED SURVIVAL and previous games in the franchise were not explained. At the same time, My Hero Ultra Impact, the previous mobile project in the universe, will be closed in May, which raises legitimate questions from the audience.
In discussions on Reddit, users are reacting skeptically and are already wondering how quickly the new project will be closed. Some note that the gacha game segment for franchises is "the worst place in the world", so you shouldn't expect anything good.
The situation is aggravated by KLab's reputation. The studio regularly releases mobile games based on anime franchises, but many of them do not stay on the market for long. For example, Bleach Soul Puzzle will be closed on April 14, 2026 — less than two years after its release.
