Looks like Rockstar is trying to remove the leaked early build of GTA IV from the Internet

Recently, a user from Edinburgh, where the headquarters of Rockstar North is located, was able to buy an Xbox 360 console devkit, which contained an early build of Grand Theft Auto IV.

Thanks to this, players were able to explore some cut content, like the ferry.

It seems that the lawyers of Rockstar Games / Take-Two have become active: the files of the early build of GTA IV have been removed from the Internet Archive website.

The user who uploaded them did not receive any special notifications. Players assume that a DMCA complaint (for copyright infringement) was filed with the Internet Archive.

However, modders have already managed to download the files, and some have managed to run an early build of GTA IV and explore the content.
