Warner Bros. has released a new teaser for "Dune: Part Three," showing the scale of the conflict unleashed by Paul Atreides. The film is based on Frank Herbert's novel "Dune Messiah" and will continue the story of the hero after his rise to Emperor Muad'Dib, focusing on the consequences of the Fremen jihad.
The cast includes Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Robert Pattinson, Florence Pugh, Anya Taylor-Joy, Rebecca Ferguson, and Jason Momoa. Denis Villeneuve is the director.
At the same time, the studio opened ticket sales for IMAX screenings in select cinemas. Usually, major releases begin the active phase of promotion 90-100 days before the premiere, but in the case of the trilogy's finale, the campaign started noticeably earlier.
The reason is obvious. "Dune: Part Three" is released on December 18, 2026 - the same day as "Avengers: Doctor Doom." Warner Bros. did not postpone the release and, apparently, joined the fight for the attention of viewers in advance.
