Some players believe that the developers of Sexdivers may have infringed copyright.
Sexdivers, which was released last year, was recently suddenly removed from Steam. The developers did not make any prior announcements in the game's community.
The creators of this adult game positioned it as an "action survival shooter where you take on the role of a cool fighter accompanying a scientific expedition to a mysterious deserted planet."
Now, when trying to go to the Sexdivers page (id 3244640) in the Steam store, players are redirected to the main page. However, the game's community still opens.
The game's aesthetics and gameplay in some places referred to Helldivers 2, so some users believe that the removal may be related to DMCA ("copyright infringement").
Steam collectible cards are available for Sexdivers. After the game was discontinued on the marketplace, trading was stopped, but cards can still be exchanged.
