New content and another battle pass with rewards will be added to the game soon.
In April, the developers of the online shooter Escape from Tarkov: Arena will release update 0.5.0 and launch the second season.
Battlestate Games reminded that the Tactical Map "Customs", which is currently available, will be sold even after the start of the second BattlePass season.
Other changes and features of apeid 0.5.0:
- Battle Points from the first season's battle pass will be automatically converted into "Ref's Care Package" crates (local loot boxes) at the rate of "40 points - 1 crate". The balance above 20 Battle Points is converted into one "Ref's Care Package" crate, 19 points or less - burns out.
- Battle Points, which are given for points of interest on the Tactical Map "Customs", will be replaced with Battle Points Season 2.
- Accumulated GP, rubles and Lega medals will move to the new Battle Pass season and will remain on the players' balance without changes.
- Unused "Ref's Care Package" crates will remain in players' inventory - they can be opened at any time. A limited number of crates can be obtained on the Tactical Map "Customs" for opening points of interest.
- Players will not be able to use accumulated tokens for TC "Customs" in the new Tactical Map "Factory"
- Winter Tactical tokens and the New Year's point of interest will remain part of TC "Customs" even after the 0.5.0 update.
The release of update 0.5.0 for Escape from Tarkov: Arena is expected in mid-April.
