Now the developer has to sort through thousands of reviews.

On April 7, the single-player extraction shooter Road to Vostok was released on PC in Steam in the format of "early access". The project attracted the attention of players and received "very positive" reviews.

About 140 thousand copies of Road to Vostok were sold in 5 days. The lone developer was very surprised by this result, since his game had a "zero marketing budget". The launch turned out to be "extremely successful" and now there is enough money for several years of work — he will be able to implement his entire plan.

At the moment, the developer has already accumulated about 11 thousand unread emails and the flow does not stop. Next month, he plans to hire assistants to solve this problem, and in the meantime he is sorting out the mail himself.

Patches for Road to Vostok are not planned yet: first, the developer wants to regain strength and process error messages.

After the release of the "first hotfix", he intends to take a full break from development for the first time in 4 years, and then he will rework the AI and the next major updates.
