Hackers have leaked Rockstar Games' internal data to the network, and the leak mainly showed the financial side of the business.
The revenues of GTA Online and Red Dead Online differ radically. GTA Online, in the period from September 2025 to March 2026, brought in an average of about $9.6 million per week, while Red Dead Online brought in about 500 thousand over a longer period. The minimum figures also differ greatly: about 4.8 million versus 316 thousand, respectively. At the same time, the active audience of GTA Online exceeds 10 million players, while Red Dead Online has about 1 million.
The main revenue comes from the USA ($153 million), followed by Great Britain ($25.1 million), Germany ($15.7 million), Australia ($8.9 million), France ($8.7 million), Canada ($8.5 million) and a number of other European countries.
As of January 11, the GTA+ subscription had about 1.35 million users, but then the audience decreased — now about 878 thousand people use it.
In terms of platforms, PS5 shows the greatest activity and income ($3.4–4.4 million per week), followed by PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC with significantly lower figures.
