Windrose has been generating a lot of interest in recent months, and players will soon begin their adventure.
The game will be released on Steam on April 14 and will offer mechanics that are not yet available in Ubisoft's "AAAA" project, as the head of the company called it several years ago. We are talking about boarding battles and land battles. The authors of Skull and Bones promised to add land clashes in 2025, but, as is already known, this did not happen.
Windrose developers are counting on success on PC. The game quickly rose in the ranking of the most anticipated Steam projects and is now in sixth place, immediately after Forza Horizon 6 and Blight: Survival.
Windrose will be released in early access on April 14, 2026 at 11:00 Moscow time. Previously, at the request of the players, the developers changed the direction of the game, abandoning PvP in favor of PvE.
