Resident Evil Zero Remake to Add Online Co-op - Rumor

New information about the Resident Evil Zero remake has appeared online. According to unofficial data, the game may get a new feature - online co-op.

The source of the leak is Capcom's internal database (Capcom ID). There, they found a mention of the option "Invite Friend for Co-op" in a project with the code name "Chambers." This is a reference to Rebecca Chambers, one of the main characters of the game.

If the information is confirmed, in the remake one player will be able to control Rebecca, and the second – Billy Coen. In the original 2002, players could only switch between characters, there was no co-op.

Adding co-op would be a major change compared to the original, but the single-player mode, according to the leak, will remain.
