Signs of life have reappeared around Dragon's Dogma 2. Despite the long absence of major updates, the community has discovered changes in the SteamDB database that may indicate the preparation of a large-scale expansion.
A new repository of about 77 GB appeared in the system. It was soon removed and then replaced with two much smaller ones — only 115 and 291 KB. However, it was the initial volume that aroused the most interest.
For comparison, the current size of the game is about 65 GB. This means that the deleted repository contained approximately 12 GB more data — a volume that is quite sufficient for a full-fledged expansion, especially if some of the assets are already used in the game.
