The leak occurred due to a recent vulnerability in the IGRS system, which has already revealed a number of unannounced details about other projects. The new entry was spotted by Reddit users, after which it quickly attracted the attention of the community.
It is possible that Nintendo is preparing a full announcement of Diablo 4 for Switch 2, and the Lord of Hatred expansion will be released simultaneously with the base game.
Lord of Hatred will be released on April 28 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC.
