In April 2026, CD Projekt RED surprised players with the release of updates for three games in the "Witcher" universe at once.

Updates received:

  • GWENT,
  • GWENT: Rogue Mage
  • Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales

CDPR clarified that these are purely technical updates:

  • Unity engine update to version 2022.3.62f1, includes vulnerability fixes
  • Fixed specific issues on PC, and made "several additional fixes."
