The duration of the upcoming Gears of War: E-Day presentation, which will be the first major showing of the game in a long time, has been revealed.
The project, which is expected to be released in 2026, was announced back in June 2024 at the Xbox Showcase. At that time, the developers limited themselves to only a cinematic trailer, and since then, no new gameplay footage has been officially shown.
As confirmed by the head of content at Microsoft Gaming, Matt Booty, the Gears of War: E-Day Direct broadcast will last about 30 minutes.
According to him, viewers can expect a "full half-hour show" with a lot of content. Booty also noted that he is confident in the high quality of the project.
