Developers have been able to simplify the process of launching PS3 games on PC.
The creators of RPCS3 continue to improve the PlayStation 3 game emulator. They recently announced the implementation of a new feature that will facilitate the process of working with the program:
Games are now automatically configured using parameters from the RPCS3 Wiki. Plug and play — no manual configuration. Playing PS3 games has never been easier.
The logic of the RPCS3 emulator auto-configuration:
- When a game is launched, the settings specified in the global configuration are used, as well as the values overridden from the database (Wikipedia).
- If a custom configuration is specified for the game, then only its parameters are used.
- When creating a custom configuration, you can take the settings from the database as a basis.
