Vitaly Milonov has come up with an initiative to limit children's spending on loot boxes in Russia. The State Duma deputy has already sent a corresponding proposal to Roskomnadzor.
In a conversation with RT journalists, Mr. Milonov stressed that it is necessary to create a mechanism that excludes such spending.
Sometimes real family dramas happen when a child who has full access to family finances spends a hundred or two on a fashionable skin for an elven archer in his game.
The deputy believes that a good solution to the problem is to create special "gamer cards" or establish reliable parental control.
What role Roskomnadzor should play in creating "gamer cards", as well as in the relationship between parents and children, is currently unknown.
