Part of the revenue from Kingdom Come: Deliverance sales is planned to be directed toward supporting an initiative to restore a castle that players may have encountered in the game.

Recently, the themed sale "Medieval Festival" (or Steam Medieval Fest) began on Steam. The creators of the Kingdom Come: Deliverance duology, which is set in Bohemia, are also taking part in it.

Warhorse Studios has reached out to the community. A castle familiar to players from the original game is currently being restored, and the developers intend to allocate part of the proceeds from KCD sales to support this initiative:

Pernstejn Castle (Pirkstejn). You know it as your home in the first KCD, and now it needs help. Restoration work is already underway, and during Steam Medieval Fest we will donate $1 for every sold copy of the base version of the first Kingdom Come: Deliverance. If you have not played it yet, or know someone who has not, now is the perfect time. Buy the game during the sale and help preserve a piece of real history!

The "Medieval Festival" sale on Steam will run until April 27.

Warhorse Studios continues to support Kingdom Come: Deliverance 1 and 2 after release.

In April, the developers returned to the first game once again and introduced an update. It may please both "trophy" hunters and regular players, as it fixes some critical bugs that caused crashes, along with other technical issues.
