Ex-Blizzard President Calls for World of Warcraft Relaunch Amidst Troubled 12.0.5 Update

In April, a major update 12.0.5 was released for World of Warcraft: Midnight, which received devastating reviews. Players encountered numerous technical problems, and some gameplay mechanics broke.
Former Blizzard Entertainment President Mike Ybarra reacted to this, taking to social media to express his views. He proposed a relaunch of the MMORPG:
It's sad. World of Warcraft needs to be relaunched, and the development path must be clear and strong, otherwise the game will continue to decline.
One community member asked, "What kind of relaunch did you propose when you were leading Blizzard?" However, Mike did not respond.
56pearo criticized the ex-Blizzard manager, believing he missed the opportunity to fix the game:
You're a *****, Mike. You had every opportunity to fix everything, but you squandered them. Blizzard deserves its impending death — you and everyone else in its recent history signed its death warrant. 70 billion, perfectly spent on World of Women.
Currently, Blizzard is fixing the consequences of the 12.0.5 update release. Hotfixes are being released for World of Warcraft to address the issues that have arisen.
