Diablo IV Season 13 launched with issues - Blizzard commented on complaints about critical bugs and unavailable donation items
Not all players have had the opportunity to experience the new content in the ARPG yet.
Diablo IV recently launched Season 13, titled "Season of Reckoning," and the premium expansion Lord of Hatred was also released. Players are complaining about queues and technical issues.
Developers from Blizzard Entertainment commented on a number of these issues. For example, they offered a solution for a bug with one of the quests:
Some players may encounter an issue where they cannot progress the quest "She sleeps within you" because the required interactable object does not appear.
To fix this, you can try the following steps:
- Exit the game and reload your character through the character selection menu.
- Replay the Quest — after this, the interactable object should appear as intended.
The developers are aware of the issue with the Talisman tab (for some users, it does not display):
We are aware of an issue where the Talisman tab does not appear for some players if it was unlocked while playing in a group. As a temporary workaround, you can complete the quest solo on another character. Note: We plan to address the root cause of this bug in an upcoming update.
In addition, feedback has been received from Xbox players — some items purchased in the Diablo IV store, as well as rewards from the Lord of Hatred Deluxe Edition, are unavailable to them:
We are currently investigating an issue on Xbox where the Lord of Hatred Deluxe Edition and some platinum items are unavailable in-game. Please visit the official Xbox digital store to purchase these products.
