Naval Content Expansion for Victoria 3 Receives Very Positive Reviews - Players Praise The Great Wave Expansion

• Story content — players will be invited to guide Japan through the social and political upheavals of the late Edo period, when the rule of the Tokugawa samurai ended
• New historical characters
• New costumes, Japanese architecture, interface changes, map, and new tables.
• Additional music
• Ship Designer — the ability to design and build your own fleet: "Build powerful and expensive ocean-going ships to intimidate other states, or create an efficient fleet that will ensure the security of your shores."
• Gunboat Diplomacy — allows using the fleet to change the decisions of other states
• Ships can be sold to other countries
