First teasers of Velina and Norma - new heroes of Zenless Zone Zero 3.0
Players will be able to roll for new girls from the Roskellifer External Strategy Department in the gacha.
The creators of Zenless Zone Zero continue to introduce the community to the new features of update 3.0. They recently showed Pyrois [Phaeton] and talked about some of his mechanics, and now miHoYo (HoYoverse) has introduced a couple more characters.
The spotlight is on Velina Eirgid — from the game's lore perspective, she is the head of the Roskellifer External Strategy Department and a guide on the island. Nothing has been reported about the heroine's mechanics yet, but it is already known that she has Wind damage type and Anomaly specialization.
The first teaser of a heroine named Norma Hollowell (Fire damage type, "Intimidation" specialization) also appeared. The girl's gameplay mechanics were not revealed either, but miHoYo provided several quotes:
"If a cavern raider and a banbu of the same weight fall from Roskellifer at the same time, who will land first?"
"Just one more detail to replace — and it's done! And then I'll give you the newest ethereal battery for your bravery!"
"Who would have thought that after last time you would be spinning like a top for three more days and three nights!"
"And do you remember how you walked on your hands all day once? It was great, wasn't it?"
The release of Zenless Zone Zero 3.0 is expected in June 2026.
