In April, the developers of the real-time strategy game Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition introduced a major update, “The Spring Update,” and the premium DLC Baldwin & Bullseye.
The game added 9 new missions, as well as new lords:
The Marksman – a type familiar to any Stronghold fan: a humble soldier who helped you win in past campaigns, and now has risen in rank and commands himself. This steadfast soldier values defense above all else and guards his castle with a select battalion of crossbowmen.
The Leper King of Jerusalem (Baldwin). The developers previously mentioned that this lord's fortresses have thick walls:
Inspired by the historical ruler of the Crusades, as well as the iconic supporting character from the film “Kingdom of Heaven” (2005), Baldwin governs his lands with imperturbable wisdom, despite his young age and severe illness. His army is a mix of loyal crusaders and Bedouin mercenaries, and his thick-walled fortresses pose a serious challenge to anyone who dares to besiege them.
