Timo and Minions Buffed in League of Legends - Riot Unveils Update 26.9
The developers decided to re-evaluate some balance aspects. The on-hit build is once again relevant for Timo.
At the end of April, Riot Games introduced update 26.9 for League of Legends.
The developers decided to buff Timo's ability "Poisoned Shot (E)" — they want to bring back the on-hit build, which had lost its former popularity, into matches:
[This build] gradually fell out of fashion when players started building Malignance and Liandry's Anguish more often. We will increase Timo's [E] damage from attack damage to make it easier to build with an emphasis on auto-attacks, buying hybrid items like Guinsoo's Rageblade and Statikk Shiv.
- [NEW] Base damage from bonus attack damage: 10%
- [NEW] Periodic damage from bonus attack damage: 30% over 4 seconds
In addition, the developers decided to revise the characteristics of minions (creeps) — now the health of warrior minions will be calculated as "430 (+35 every 90 seconds)":
We will slightly increase the survivability of minions, primarily in the mid and late game on the lane, so that they have more impact on the course of the match. This should also slightly expand the windows for roaming and help in accumulating minions – teams will be able to spend more time outside their lanes while waves accumulate.
The League of Legends developers also updated some items and introduced a new vision for "Statikk Shiv" — after the rework, it will apply on-hit effects to several enemies at once. According to the developers' idea, this "will open up possibilities for interesting combinations and increase its effectiveness in team fights."

Vayne, Kindred, Annie, and Shaco will be able to try on new skins:
