Blizzard released an update for Diablo Immortal and added an auto-combat feature. Now, the character can move around the location and attack enemies independently without direct player involvement.
In the update description, Blizzard specifically emphasizes that auto-combat was intentionally made less effective than manual control. The feature is primarily designed for casual players and should help them farm resources and progress with minimal time investment.
However, it won't be possible to farm indefinitely in auto-mode. The feature activates for one hour, after which it needs to be restarted. In total, auto-combat can be used for up to 24 hours per week. To access it, players must first reach level 60.
In addition to auto-combat, the fresh update brought new legendary affixes for items that drop at "Inferno XII" difficulty, and also changed the rules for PvP battles in battlegrounds: now players can independently choose their team captain. Simultaneously, a new challenge season has started, and the matchmaking system has expanded by combining several servers.
