Valve tracks the popularity of games on Steam Deck and publishes statistics publicly. It was recently noticed that the massive RPG Baldur's Gate 3 continues to enjoy great popularity.
As it turned out, Larian Studios' hit has successfully maintained very high positions in the overall chart for several years.
PC Gamer journalists analyzed data for the period from 2024 to 2026 and noted that almost always, by the end of the month, Baldur's Gate 3 was among the top 3 or top 5 most popular games on Steam Deck.
BG3 remained in the top 5 for exactly two consecutive years after its release, dropping to sixth place only last August. The lowest place BG3 dropped to was eighth in October last year, but then it recovered and this year it is still in the top five most popular games.
Top 13 most popular games on Steam Deck (for the period from April 5 to May 4, 2026) — BG3 is once again in the "top five".
