In Season 13 of Diablo IV, players continued their search for the secret cow level and finally succeeded. LoatheBurger and many other seekers began publishing instructions online on how to find this level.
The new Horadric Cube allows players to combine previously found items — a rusty weapon potion and Neyrelle's hand — and transform them into the Trophy of the Faithful, from which the player receives a page fragment from a diary.
After this, a boat spawns in the new Scosglen region, which can transport the character to an island. On it, players must reach a temple where cow statues stand. After this, they should return to the gates of Kyovashad and take the sin of “greed.” Now it is necessary to return to the journal used to obtain the hand, and the entry in it will be updated. If everything is done correctly, the cows in the temple can then be attacked. After defeating them, a golden portal will open, transporting players to the hidden level.
Diablo IV players can drop the item The Cow King's Crown at this level.
This crown has bonuses for each day of the week, described in a humorous manner:
- Monday: +1 damage to two-legged enemies (2 legs = damage).
- Tuesday: The chance of failure when encountering an enemy from there is reduced by 10%. “From there” means at a distance of 3 to 18 hooves, located parallel to the equator at today's noon.
- Wednesday: Chance to reduce enemy cooldown (no).
- Thursday: Picking up a legendary item between 3 and 4 AM, you deal 3% more damage for 2.5 seconds to moo-vulnerable and stunned normal enemies.
- Friday: Dust from hooves flies 10.26% stronger.
- Saturday: The chance of not succumbing to control during a Helltide increases by 1.3% if control effects have been active on you for 10 weeks.
- Sunday: +51 health upon death (+probably).
