Developer Mark "I Make Games" continues to work on an unofficial remake of Diablo II. In May, he published a new teaser for his project.

He previously showed Diablo II gameplay with a first-person view, and now he has presented something new — combat with a group of enemies and exploration of a location with a third-person camera:

I had a lot of fun doing this. I wanted to add voice acting, but for now, I decided I'd do that later. This is a concept created in about 10 days to show the mechanics and atmosphere at a basic level.

"I Make Games" clarified that he generated the ancient models using artificial intelligence and, after processing, imported them into Unreal Engine. Animation and subsequent NPC work were implemented using the Blueprints tool (used for visual programming).

The developer's video is available at the following link.

There is still no release date for the unofficial Diablo II remake. "I Make Games" periodically shares his developments with the community on his YouTube channel.
