Grim Assassin's Creed Hexe: Insider Reveals Heroine and Gameplay Details

Assassin's Creed Hexe, according to Ubisoft, will be the darkest installment in the series. New leaks reveal details about the main character and gameplay changes.

Ubisoft previously confirmed that the events of Assassin's Creed Hexe will unfold during the witch hunts. According to insider AgaiinTx, the main character will be a woman who finds herself at the center of brutal persecutions.

The insider also claims that the game will return closer to the series' roots. Parkour will be more akin to classic Assassin's Creed titles, which should please fans of older games.

According to him, Hexe will be more linear, darker, and focused on stealth and atmosphere. This is a notable departure from the RPG formula of recent installments.

Unusual NPC designs are also mentioned — some characters will look "alien" due to their armor and stylistics, which may hint at Isu (Precursor) elements. The insider also showed a blurry frame of one of the enemies.

According to the leak, Assassin's Creed Hexe is scheduled for release in 2027. During the same period, Ubisoft is likely also preparing Far Cry 7.
