The Blood of Dawnwalker will surprise with consequences: NPCs will remember everything

Rebel Wolves revealed new details about The Blood of Dawnwalker. The developers promise "high reactivity" of the world to the player's actions - NPCs will remember decisions, and relationships with characters will influence quest development and even the outcome of some encounters.

Creative director Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz stated in an interview:

We track player choices individually and at a more detailed level. Thanks to this, quests have very high reactivity to your decisions. NPCs can remember certain actions and react to them in other places.

Game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz added that relationships in RPGs are built not only through dialogues:

You can build relationships not only through ordinary conversations, but also through actions. The game has many different activities and quests. Some are related to combat and magic, others are more peaceful. You will be able to help characters and strengthen your bonds with them.

The developers hinted that this will also apply to Brensis' subordinates, including Xanta, the Dark Lady. Previously, Koen lost to her in direct combat, but completing her side quest line can change the outcome of the encounter. To do this, you will have to increase Infamy – commit actions that she hates.

The Blood of Dawnwalker will be released on September 3, 2026.
