"Harry Potter" Lost Ginny Weasley - First Replacement in HBO Series

HBO's "Harry Potter" series hasn't even premiered yet, but it has already faced its first replacement in the main cast.

According to Deadline, Gracie Cochrane, who played Ginny Weasley in the first season of the "Harry Potter" series, will not return to the role in the second season.

The actress's departure was announced by her family. The statement says that Cochrane made "a difficult decision" to leave the project "due to unforeseen circumstances". What lies behind this wording is unknown. HBO thanked the actress for her work, supported her decision not to return next season, and wished her all the best.
