During the press tour for the crime thriller Nemesis, I'lan Noel touched upon the possibility of his involvement in a Call of Duty film. In an interview with Grant Hermanns from ScreenRant, the actor admitted that it "would be great" to appear in the picture — either as CIA agent Troy Marshall, whom he plays in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Black Ops 7, or in a completely new role.

"I've already been a part of the game. My face is literally on the cover of this video game. So why shouldn't I try myself in this field as well, if everything works out? It's interesting. And, it seems to me, this work has brought me the most respect from my younger cousins: I'm in Call of Duty, bro. They don't care about plays and everything else. 'You're in a video game? Okay, cuz, respect.'"

So far, there are few details about the Call of Duty adaptation. Paramount Pictures, Taylor Sheridan, and director Peter Berg are working on the film, but the creators have not yet revealed whether they will adapt a specific Call of Duty installment or create a standalone story. The release is scheduled for June 30, 2028.
