Director of "Punisher: The Last Stand" Dreams of a Miles Morales Movie

Reinaldo Marcus Green, director of the "Punisher: The Last Stand" special, told The Playlist that he would like to continue working with Marvel and direct a live-action film about Miles Morales in the future. According to the director, he already has ideal candidates for the roles, but he did not specify who they are.

Currently, Miles Morales is the main face of Sony Pictures' animated Spider-Verse series. "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" and "Across the Spider-Verse" have already brought the studio hundreds of millions of dollars, and next year the threequel "Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse" will be released in theaters.

However, the studio remains silent about a possible live-action film. Perhaps Marcus Green will be able to convince Sony and Marvel of the need for such a project.
