Take-Two Interactive has once again confirmed that there will be no delays for Grand Theft Auto VI — the game will be released on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. This was stated by Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick in an address to investors.
According to Zelnick, the 2026 fiscal year was “exceptionally successful” for the publisher and exceeded management's expectations. At the same time, the company expects to set new records in the 2027 fiscal year precisely thanks to the launch of Grand Theft Auto VI. The CEO noted that Take-Two anticipates significant growth in operating performance, strong cash flow, and further business expansion after the game's release.
Despite the release being less than six months away, very little is still known about the project. Rockstar has not yet revealed the game's price or detailed its online mode.
