Sony continues to promote its PS Plus subscription. Recently, the PlayStation blog published a selection of 13 open-world projects that, according to the author, are a must-play.
All games presented in the selection are available in the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium catalog (some have two release years indicated — this is due to the existence of different versions of the game).
- Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (2020) — an action-adventure game where Ubisoft invites you to explore the open world of Dark Ages England
- Cyberpunk 2077 (2020 / 2022) — CDPR's cyberpunk hit, where players can explore the futuristic metropolis of Night City
- Death Stranding Director’s Cut (2019 / 2021) — Hideo Kojima's “courier simulator”
- Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut (2020 / 2021) — an action-adventure game about a samurai fighting Mongols on Tsushima Island
- Fallout 4 (2015 / 2024) — Bethesda's post-apocalyptic action-RPG
- Far Cry 6 (2021) — a shooter about fighting a dictator
- Hogwarts Legacy (2023) — an RPG that allows you to immerse yourself in the world of “Harry Potter”
- Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth (2024) — a JRPG about Ichiban Kasuga's adventures in Hawaii
- Star Wars Outlaws (2024) — a game about the adventures of the rogue Kay Vess
- Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered (2017 / 2024) — a game about the adventures of a young machine hunter

Earlier, Sony updated the price of the PlayStation Plus subscription for one and three months in several regions, and PS5 consoles also became more expensive.
