It seems that the developers of No Man's Sky are planning to release an update with new content in the near future. Recently, the head of Hello Games posted a series of mysterious posts on social media.
First, Sean Murray intrigued the NMS community with a single bee emoji. In a subsequent post, he published three bees.
Now, No Man's Sky fans are trying to decipher the published teaser. One popular interpretation is that bees live in family colonies (in hives) — therefore, a hive city might appear in the game. There is also an opinion that Hello Games might release a small update for space stations.
It is expected that the creators of No Man's Sky will reveal everything themselves in the coming days.
The developer himself is clearly pleased with what is happening in the No Man's Sky community — Sean Murray then posted a bee meme.
No Man's Sky had a troubled launch, but Hello Games returned and significantly improved the game. For many years, the studio has been providing free updates:
In No Man's Sky, every star is the light of a distant sun, orbited by habitable planets that you can travel to if you wish. Seamlessly move between the expanses of deep space and planet surfaces, without any loading screens or restrictions. In this infinite, procedurally generated universe, you will discover places and creatures you have never seen before and are unlikely to ever see again.
