Blizzard has announced the start of celebrations for two important dates: the third anniversary of Diablo IV and the thirtieth anniversary of the entire Diablo franchise.
The main event will be the return of the "Mother's Blessing." The event starts on June 2 at 8:00 PM Moscow time and will offer an increased experience multiplier in both seasonal and eternal realms. Simultaneously, the "Goblin March" will begin in Sanctuary – the number of greedy goblins with valuable loot will sharply increase in the game. By killing them, players will be able to advance along a special reputation scale and receive the decorative item "Regalia of the Sacred Creed."
In addition, Blizzard will hold a giveaway of premium cosmetics. Starting from 10:00 PM Moscow time on June 1 and until June 6, a new free weapon skin will appear in the in-game store every day:
- June 1: "Blood Raven's Claw" (one-handed sword)
- June 2: "King Kanai's Last Bastion" (shield)
- June 3: "Nangari Tormentor" (dagger)
- June 4: "Lord's Wrath" (two-handed axe)
- June 5: "Claws of the Fiery Finger" (glaive)
All gifts can be claimed until the end of the celebration on June 9. However, the celebration will not end there: Blizzard has prepared surprises in honor of the franchise's 30th anniversary until the end of the year. Presumably, they will be announced later.
