Hooded Horse and Ubisoft, together with Unfrozen studio, presented an updated roadmap for Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era, covering both immediate support plans and larger plans for the entire early access period.

In the near future, the creators intend to focus on implementing a team mode, rebalancing hero skills, and improving the random map generator. In addition, by the end of the current year, the game should feature an observer mode, an updated elite class system, and improved matchmaking.

In later stages of early access, the developers plan to add underground locations, expand the map editor's capabilities, and implement an "Iron Man" mode for the campaign.

Long-term project support includes completing the story campaign, implementing a user map sharing feature, and creating a new PvE mode.

In addition to major updates, the authors plan to regularly release patches with additional content – new heroes, creatures, spells, and other elements. The team will also continue to improve the interface, adjust AI behavior, and make changes based on community feedback.

The developers specifically emphasized that the roadmap is not final and may change as the project develops. New details about future updates are promised to be revealed during development.
