The Nintendo Switch 2 version of Stray features 4K resolution support, improved graphics, and Joy-Con "mouse" control.
Annapurna Interactive previously promised that all owners of the digital copy of Stray for the first Switch would receive the updated version for free. However, at launch, a technical glitch occurred in the eShop, causing the store to currently charge the full price of $29.99 for the game.
The developers have already responded to complaints on social media and confirmed that the 100% discount broke on Nintendo's digital store side. The publisher is working on a fix with the platform holder and asks players to wait a few days.
