The creators of the anime "Pretty Cure: Star Detective" and "Detective Conan" have released a joint trailer dedicated to the upcoming crossover episodes of both series.
The "Pretty Cure: Star Detective" episode, featuring Conan Edogawa, will air on May 31. The reciprocal "Detective Conan" episode, featuring Cure Evers, also known as Anna Akechi, will follow on June 6.
The crossover will be part of the celebration of "Detective Conan's" 30th anniversary on television. "Pretty Cure" is also among the long-running Japanese TV franchises: it has been airing since 2004, and its current, 23rd season is dedicated to a detective theme.
