
Nintendo Releases Switch 2 Compatibility Updates for 9 Games - Fixes Bugs in Monster Hunter Stories and Wolfenstein: Youngblood
The company continues to work on supporting backward compatibility for games from the first Switch.
Nintendo has released another series of updates aimed at improving backward compatibility for original Switch games on Switch 2. Nine projects received fixes:
- Buddy Collection if
- Dragon Quest Builders
- Laysara: Summit Kingdom
- Monster Hunter Stories
- Neon Inferno
- Overcooked! All You Can Eat
- This is Fine: Maximum Cope
- Top Cop: Police Training
- Wolfenstein: Youngblood

In parallel, the company presented an updated list of games whose launch on the new system is not yet officially recommended due to critical errors.
Resident Evil 5 still has audio issues, Grandia HD Collection experiences severe performance drops, and Ghost Master: Resurrection DLC cannot be completed.
Additionally, Attack on Titan 2, Crypt Carnage, Megadimension Neptunia VII, and Truck Simulator USA are temporarily unsupported due to critical progression errors.
