CD Projekt RED is currently developing The Witcher 4 and attracting specialists from various studios. Some authors of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, as well as developers from Larian Studios, known for Divinity and Baldur’s Gate 3, are working on the new installment of the franchise.

Recently, Felix Pedulla celebrated six months at CDPR and published a message on social media. He took on the position of Senior Cinematic Designer for "The Witcher 4":

Six months ago, I made the difficult decision to leave Larian and start a new chapter at CD PROJEKT RED. It felt like a big step then. Looking back now, after everything I've been through in these six months, it feels even more significant [...] Even with almost 14 years in the industry, starting over after six years in one place is never easy.

The specialist noted that his experience at CDPR "forced him out of his comfort zone" and showed him that stubbornness can be a professional skill:

Huge thanks to my team and everyone at CD PROJEKT RED who helped me feel welcome, supported me at the start, and made this initially daunting chapter feel much more "at home." Wielkie dzięki [Polish for "thank you very much"].

Felix added that people are not ready for what the developers of the new "Witcher" are about to present:

And if you only knew what we're preparing for The Witcher 4. Oh boy... people are not ready for it.
