During the Sony Interactive Entertainment and Firesprite studio presentation, Until Dawn 2 was officially unveiled – a sequel to the popular interactive horror game, which will be released exclusively on PlayStation 5.
The plot of the new game tells the story of a group of ambitious ghost hunters striving for internet fame through another viral investigation. For the sake of sensational content, the team travels to a remote island shrouded in a dark legend about a woman connected to demons and supernatural phenomena.
However, the terrifying story soon begins to come to life before the heroes' eyes. Faced with inexplicable and deadly events, the expedition members will have to fight not only their own fears but also mysterious forces to escape the island alive.
As in the first part, the choice system will play a key role in Until Dawn 2. Every player's decision will influence the development of events and the fate of the characters, and their lives will once again be in the player's hands. The project's release date has not yet been revealed.
