The Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Kirov Region has filed a lawsuit demanding that OOO "GFAGAMES" be declared bankrupt. At the moment, this is only about filing the application – the court has not yet decided on initiating bankruptcy proceedings or declaring the debtor insolvent.
