Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis received a "black mark" from some PC gamers - the game will be released with Denuvo and without Russian localization

Players have complaints about the developers and Amazon Game Studios.

A new trailer for Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis was recently published online. Crystal Dynamics and Flying Wild Hog also clarified information about the release date and PC protection system.

As it turned out, Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis will use the infamous DRM Denuvo. Although tech enthusiasts have long learned to bypass it using the "hypervisor" method, many publishers, including Amazon Game Studios, still use this system.

The announcement does not specify whether the number of daily activations is limited. Denuvo considers even switching Proton versions (Linux/Steam Deck) as an "activation," so experimenters may be temporarily blocked from launching the game.

Now, dissatisfied players are urging not to pre-order Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis and are refusing to buy it. There is another point: the game's description on the Steam page has been translated into Russian, but it is not yet listed among the supported languages. This also angered some community members.
