Media company ASMIK Ace has unveiled the first trailer and key visual for the original sci-fi anime "Mebius Dust." Along with the trailer, the official premiere date was announced: the series will start on July 9, 2026, and will air for one cour (about 12-13 episodes).

According to the synopsis, the story follows three high school students – Araki, Stella, and Olga – who live in a cozy residential area, visit the local public bath, play video games, and walk home together. However, behind the seeming everyday life lies a secret related to special abilities known as "Ramus."

"Mebius Dust" has been a long-term project: back in 2019, it won the grand prize in the "Kids/Games" category at the large-scale open competition Project Anima, organized by DeNA, Sotsu, and MBS. Initially, the release was planned for 2020, but the project only now reached its full release.

The production is handled by Doga Kobo studio ("Oshi no Ko", "My Senpai Is Annoying"). The project's director is Taro Iwasaki, who previously worked on the anime "One Week Friends" and "Bibliophile Princess." The script was written by Yoriko Tomita, known for projects like "My Dress-Up Darling" and "The Legendary Hero Is Dead!". The main roles are voiced by Yuto Takenaka (Araki), Nene Hieda (Stella), and Haruka Sato (Olga). The cast also includes Taito Ban, Aoi Ichikawa, and Sohei Horikane.
