Sony began emphasizing the exclusivity of its games for PlayStation 5

Sony has not officially announced a halt to releasing single-player exclusives on PC, but PlayStation's new advertising slogan has fueled rumors of a return to full exclusivity.

According to Bloomberg, the company no longer plans to release new story-driven games simultaneously on PC.

If the information is confirmed, projects such as Saros, Marvel’s Wolverine, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, and God of War Laufey will only be available on PS5.

This is also indicated by PlayStation's new slogan — “Happens on PS5”. It was first used in the advertising campaign for Until Dawn 2.

At the end of the game's trailer, the inscription “Until Dawn 2 Happens on PS5” appears, emphasizing that the project will be released exclusively on Sony's console. This way, the company reminds players where they can play its biggest new releases.

This is likely not a one-time marketing campaign. “Happens on PS5” is expected to become the new advertising slogan for PlayStation Studios projects. Similar messages may appear in materials for Marvel’s Wolverine, God of War Laufey, and other games from Sony's internal studios.
