The first details about the runtime of the upcoming blockbuster "Spider-Man: A New Day" have appeared online. According to screenshots from the websites of major cinema chains Shaw Theatres and Cineworld, the film's duration will be between 2 hours 25 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes.
Marvel Studios has not yet officially confirmed these figures, but such numbers are quite consistent with modern superhero blockbuster standards. For comparison, the previous installment of the franchise – "Spider-Man: No Way Home" (2021) – lasted 2 hours 28 minutes.
The film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton. Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon will return to their roles. Mark Ruffalo and Jon Bernthal will also appear in the film. Sadie Sink has been cast in one of the key roles. According to insiders and numerous rumors, she may play Jean Grey, but there is no official confirmation of this information yet.
The premiere of "Spider-Man: A New Day" in cinemas is scheduled for July 31, 2026. Notably, just two weeks prior, another major film starring Tom Holland, Christopher Nolan's "Odyssey," will be released.
