Initially, it was assumed that Lords of the Fallen II on PC would only be released on the Epic Games Store. However, in May, it became known that CI Games had terminated its agreement with Epic.
As a result, the game's page also appeared on Steam. Recently, CI Games boss Marek Tyminski shared a metric with the community – the game has been actively added to wishlists:
Lords of the Fallen II already has over 100,000 wishlists on Steam since its page launched in the store last night. This is just the beginning, but it's a strong start. Thank you for believing in us. This inspires the entire team to create a truly exciting project.
As of June 8, Lords of the Fallen II is ranked 274th on Steam's list of most wished-for games – between The Hidden Ones and Planet Zoo 2.
Developers recently unveiled a new trailer and announced the release window – the game is expected to launch "this autumn."
The game will be available not only on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store but also on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles:
A thousand years have passed since the Great Upheaval. For many years, Umbra consumed everything in its path, destroying peoples and civilizations, until only one kingdom remained in the sacred lands, protected by an ancient power. Alas, now the place where the survivors found temporary refuge is also in danger. The light fades, and darkness thickens. Eternal night is approaching the world. A hero must rise for the god to fall.
