Atlus announced the Switch 2 version of Metaphor: ReFantazio

The game was first released in 2024 on PC, as well as PlayStation and Xbox Series X|S consoles.

On November 12, Metaphor: ReFantazio will be released on the Nintendo Switch 2 console. The game will be available not only digitally, but also physically.

The events of Metaphor: ReFantazio unfold in a fantasy world where the main character, along with his fairy companion Galika, embarks on a journey to lift a curse from the kingdom's missing prince. As players progress, they will awaken the power of "Archetypes" - special magical abilities that allow them to unlock and combine various combat classes.

Metaphor offers a unique combat system that combines elements of turn-based battles and real-time actions, and extensive Archetype customization options will allow players to adapt their playstyle to their own preferences.
