Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive announced the release of SnowRunner on Nintendo Switch 2. The game is already available in the Nintendo eShop for $39.99.
The developers remind that over the years of support, the project has grown significantly in scale. Today, players have access to over 50 maps and more than 100 different trucks, and content has been regularly expanded thanks to six years of seasonal updates and add-ons.
SnowRunner offers to overcome extreme off-road conditions, including deep mud, raging rivers, snowdrifts, and frozen lakes. The game uses an advanced surface simulation system that makes every trip a real challenge. Tasks can be completed both alone and in co-op for four people.
It also became known that cross-play support between Nintendo Switch 2 and all other platforms — Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation, and Xbox — will appear in a few weeks with the release of the 18th season of content updates on the Nintendo console.
According to Focus Entertainment, the SnowRunner audience has already exceeded 20 million players worldwide.
