Two Wo Long games from Team Ninja to be released on Nintendo Switch 2

Nintendo Switch 2 continues to expand its library of third-party releases. Nintendo Direct confirmed the release of two Team Ninja games at once - Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Complete Edition and the new Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember.

The first game will be Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Complete Edition, an expanded edition of the 2023 hit with all additional content and collaborations.

It includes the expansions Battle of Zhongyuan, Conqueror of Jiangdong, and Upheaval in Jingxiang, as well as bonus items, including cosmetics and gameplay elements.

Nintendo has already announced the release date: Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Complete Edition will be released on September 3, 2026, on Nintendo Switch 2.

Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember was first shown at Xbox Games Showcase 2026, and the game will continue the ideas of the original. Events will unfold in the Three Kingdoms era in ancient China, blending history and mythology.

The exact release date has not yet been announced, but the release is planned for 2027. The game will be released simultaneously on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
